It is estimated that 1.5 percent of Sierra Leoneans are HIV positive. While this number appears low compared to other African nations, HIV/AIDS is on the rise in Sierra Leone. JHR and SLBS TV interviewed the Director General of the National HIV/AIDS Secretariat to find out more about the threat the virus poses to the country.
